When Agape was first established in 1973 we decided on a name that would be close in spirit to the way in which we intended to work. Far removed from the concept of mass production of the Industrial Revolution, Agape instead puts mankind and its ideas at the centre of the creative process carried out with love. Since the start we have always devoted ourselves to designs linked mainly to the concept of water; innovative designs that have often marked changes driven by new lifestyles. While our ‘road’ is already fi rmly delineated, this has never been more true than in Agape’s case. Our main offi ces next to a river and our brand logo a drop of water contained inside the letter “a” are signs of a destiny inextricably bound to water. And the spirit that accompanies us in our work is evident in the space where we receive our guests, and indeed anyone who wishes to get to know us better. The quality of our designs and our obsession for detail have enabled us to create timeless products that make Agape unique the world over for bathroom products, and not bathrooms alone. A few years ago we decided to take up the challenge of developing and promoting the designs of the legendary architect, designer and sculptor, Angelo Mangiarotti. His collection of tables and bookcases are returning to some of the world’s finest homes, thereby consolidating a relationship with major architects who already use Agape products. Conceived here in the historical province of Mantua, famous for its culture and tradition, are refined products we are proud to find all over the world.
